Avishek Roy is a successful wildlife photographer and entrepreneur in the field of photography, whose images have been recognized in various competitions and exhibitions. What began as a hobby a decade ago turned into an integral part of his lifestyle and profession. He expresses stories of the beauty of the natural world through his photography, travelling across, challenging himself in new locations and documenting the wildlife that live there. All of his images are captured in the wild. His photography draws from knowledge gained through the various tours to wildlife forests in the country.

The Corbett park is the first national park of India established in the year 1936. It was named Hailey National Park . In 1957 ,the park was rechristened as the Corbett National Park in the memory of Late Jim Corbett, a great naturalist ,eminent conservationist . It is 118 Kms. from Nainital via Kaladhungi & Ramnagar.
Gear up for a 2 day exclusive wildlife tour at Corbett National Park. This tour will give you an exposure to cover the Dhikala Zone where the activity of wildlife is active. This workshop will be mentored by the expert Mr Avishek Roy.
Pick up from Ramnagar, Enter Dhikala zone, reach FRH by doing half morning Safari. Check-in. Post lunch Afternoon Safari. Dinner and Overnight stay.
Morning and Evening Safari. Rest of the free time for image reviews, photography discussion, and soaking in the sights and sounds of the forest.
After Morning Safari, breakfast and Check out. Spend time at Dhikala campus. After lunch, transfer to Ramnagar by doing half afternoon safari.
The Corbett national park covers an area of 521 Sq. Kms. is situated at the foothills of the Himalayas . It spreads over parts of two districts , a major part of a park with an area of 312.86 sq. Kms. falls in Pauri Garhwal district and the balance 208.14 sq. Kms. in the Nainital district . The park occupies portions of Kalagarh and Ramnagar forest divisions .It falls within the trek of land known as Paltidun.
Tropical climate makes winter season the best time to visit Tadoba National Park. However, the best season to sight tigers would be the hotter months (March to May).
Both Nikon and Canon produce very good, You will need a good size telephoto zoom lens, at the very least a 200mm lens, and ideally a 300mm lens. ALSO ULTRA TELEPHOT FROM TAMRON,SIGMA LIKE 150-600MM OR ANY PRIME LENS RANGING FROM300-600MM
Power in the lodges
Binoculars are very important. You will not always have the animals under your nose! A good pair of 8 x 30 or 8 x 42 would be ideal. The small pocket pairs can become frustrating to use unless they are a very good make.
